B-O-B Node is being designed so customer administrators can understand what is connected, who can access it, why it is retained, and how an approved export or deletion request is handled.
Commercial legal, corporate, payment, and support details remain draft placeholders until the operating company and professional review are complete.
Access and correction
Authorized customer administrators will be able to review account information, users, purchased capabilities, service connections, and supported business records and request correction where required.
Export and portability
Supported customer records and receipts will have documented export paths. Export format, scope, timing, security, and any third-party source limits will be stated before commercial launch.
Retention and deletion
Retention will be tied to the service purpose, customer settings, audit requirements, contracts, and applicable law. Deletion will be recoverable where appropriate and verified rather than silently claimed.
Service connections
Administrators will be able to see and govern approved connections. Disconnecting a service will stop future access through that connection; source-provider retention and the customer's legal record obligations may still apply.
