Commercial legal, corporate, payment, and support details remain draft placeholders until the operating company and professional review are complete.
Preview status
The current public storefront preview does not create customer accounts, collect payments, or transmit the company form fields shown on the page. Those services remain disabled until the protected account and payment backends are accepted.
Information the finished service may use
- Customer company, administrator, user, billing, and subscription information.
- Business records intentionally uploaded or connected by an authorized customer.
- Conversation, task, approval, audit, and support records required to provide purchased capabilities.
- Technical security and reliability records such as sign-in events, device/session data, and error logs.
How information will be used
Information will be used to provide the customer's purchased B-O-B Node services, operate its tenant, enforce access and entitlements, support the customer, maintain security, and meet accounting or legal obligations. It will not be sold as advertising data.
Canada and United States
Before commercial launch, the operating company will publish the applicable contact, storage, cross-border processing, retention, consent, access, correction, and complaint details for both Canadian and U.S. customers.
